Please mind we don’t accept returns and we are not able to process the refunds.

We gladly accept exchanges for items received within 14 days from delivery and provide you with a gift certificate or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we an’t offer you an exchange.  

You can exchange any item within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and liners attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
